The Road to Wellness Finding Your Path to Health and Well-being The Road to Wellness offers a unique approach to wellness that many other programs do not address. In this six-part series you will be encouraged to take a deeper look at your well-being so you can find a better balance in life. The $30 Program Includes: The Road to Wellness workbook Six one-hour group classes Focus on stress management, physical activity, creating boundaries, and other ways to help exemplify your best self. Each one-hour class will fall on the following dates: Week 1: Tuesday, January 22  | 12:15pm-1:15pm Week 2: Tuesday, January 29 | 12:15pm-1:15pm Week 3: Tuesday, February 5 | 12:15pm-1:15pm Week 4: Tuesday, February 12 | 12:15pm-1:15pm Week 5: Tuesday, February 19 | 12:15pm-1:15pm Week 6: Tuesday, February 26 | 12:15pm-1:15pm The Road to Wellness “has touched my life profoundly and helped me to find the grace and dignity, the patience and compassion, needed to navigate my ever changing course. It has helped me to understand that it is the way I choose to see the world that will create the world I see.” -          Joan Lunden, Author of Wake-up Calls The fee for all 6 classes is $30. This class is open to the community – you don’t have to be a YMCA member to participate. YMCA membership is not required for participation.
