Please refer to the following criteria to register and pay in advance for any upcoming medication assistance courses:  -6 Hour (10am-4:30pm): initial training, or if previous certification is expired by more than 1 year -2 Hour (10am-12pm): annual training update to complete prior to previous certificate expiration 2019 Class Schedule:  July 9- 6 hour July 10- 2 hour August 6- 6 hour August 7- 2 hour September 10- 6 hour September 11- 2 hour October 8- 6 hour October 9- 2 hour November 5- 6 hour November 6- 2 hour December 3- 6 hour December 4- 2 hour To host a class at your facility, please purchase the ticket in the desired month and Guardian Pharmacy's nurse educator will contact you directly to set up a date.  For any questions, please email education@guardianpharmacy.net
